Living With Elea LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Telos, an AI coaching assistant for Consistency Club members. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights as a member.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide at signup:

• Your full name and email address
• Your password (stored as a one-way encrypted hash — we never store or see your actual password)

Information you provide in your profile:

• Your real estate market (city/state)
• Years of experience in real estate
• Your niche or ideal client type
• Social media goals and challenges
• Open-ended responses about your business

Information generated through your use of Telos:

• The full content of your conversations with Telos
• A summary of each question you ask (used for analytics)
• The date, time, and titles of your conversations
• Any files or images you upload in chat

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate Telos and generate personalized responses based on your profile and market
• To maintain your conversation history so you can pick up where you left off
• To generate conversation titles and follow-up question suggestions
• To analyze usage trends and popular topics across the membership (admin analytics)
• To manage your account, membership access, and access code verification
• To respond to account deletion or data requests

3. Third-Party AI Services

Telos relies on third-party AI providers to function. When you send a message in Telos, your message content is transmitted to these services:

By using Telos, you acknowledge and agree that your messages are transmitted to these providers for processing. We do not control their data practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party, ever.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for the following periods:

• Conversations and question logs: Automatically deleted after 12 months from the date they were created
• Account information (name, email, profile): Retained for as long as your Consistency Club membership is active, then deleted upon account removal
• Saved messages: Retained until you delete them or your account is removed

5. Admin Access

Consistency Club administrators (currently limited to Elea Karras and designated team members) can view member conversations, question logs, and usage analytics. This access exists for the purpose of improving coaching quality, understanding what members need help with, and ensuring appropriate use of Telos. Access is limited to authorized personnel only and is not shared externally.

6. Data Security

Your data is stored on Railway, a secure cloud hosting platform, in a protected PostgreSQL database. Your password is stored as a one-way cryptographic hash — it cannot be read or recovered by anyone, including us. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, but no system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a summary of the personal information we hold about you
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data, including conversations, profile information, and analytics copies
• Correction: Update your profile information at any time through the Profile page within Telos

To request account deletion or a data export, contact us at living@withelea.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Telos is intended for adult real estate professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will delete it promptly.

9. Cookies and Session Data

Telos uses session cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain your active conversation state. These are functional cookies required for the app to work. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Telos after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
